Frank Cilione

Frank Cilione realized as a little boy that his Italian grandmother, Cecilia, was on to somthing. She would cook amazing meals with ingredients mostly harvested from

her own extensive vegetable garden. Of the many types of vegetables she grew, all

were grown without the use of pesticides or other chemicals and they were simply

delicious.

Frank is a veteran restauranteur and night club owner having owned and operated several establishments in New York City, the Hamptons and Palm Beach.

Nick Oberhuber

Nick was raised in Europe eating strictly organic and vegetarian foods. His mother,

Marianne, an organic food pioneer devotes her life to researching and preparing the

highest quality organic produce available. As a parent himself, Nick insists upon giving

his own children organic foods free of harmful chemicals. It is this passion that helped

form the foundation of da Francesco.

Seth Kirschbaum

Chef Seth's culinary experience began at age 15 while working for an Italian immigrant

and learning age old recipes and cooking techniques. It was then that he began to perfect

and recreate his own ideas and recipes. Graduating with honors from the prestigious

French Culinary Institute in New York, Chef Seth found his love of all things culinary in

his mom's kitchen, watching her whip up scratch recipes of buckwheat pancakes and

quinoa pilafs, long before it was in vogue. His mother is credited with instilling a passion

within him to make healthier food, make it more appealing and taste great.

Formerly the Executive Chef of Sublime in Fort Lauderdale, Seth Kirschbaum took the

4-star vegan restaurant to the next level. Now, at da Francesco, he serves up rustic

Italian favorites with a twist of organic goodness that's not been done-until now!
